Difference between remimazolam toluenesulfonic acid and propofol in waking quality and conscious state after general anesthesia

Objective To explore the difference of anesthesia recovery and postoperative conscious state between remimazolam toluenesulfonic acid propofol after induction maintenance general anesthesia. Methods 104 patients undergoing elective tracheal intubation in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups: Remimazolam Toluenesulfonic group (Group R) Propofol P). MOAA/S score, modified Aldrete index, time point, a consciousness, interpretative vital signs adverse events monitored at different time. Results Compared with Group P, extubation orientation R significantly shorter. When operation was less than 1 hour, score shorter that P 5 min 15 operation. compare increased min, 20 30 or equal to h, slightly higher extubation. There no injection pain R, incidence hypotension lower propofol. Conclusion Propofol, when is more shorter, complete higher-quality recovery.
